Big Stories for Brewers in Game 5

[Henry Light]

1. Brewers’ Path to History: The Milwaukee Brewers are 1 win away from their first World Series win since 1982, and yesterday, even though David Hamilton hit an 391-ft homer and Cooper Pratt hit an 396-ft, the Ray still won after 12 innings 3-2. Now at 3-1 in the series, they really need a win before Tampa Bay reaches 3-in-a-row. Now you know about the fastest pitcher, Jacob Misiorowski, who set the record for fastest pitch in a World Series game with 103.5 mph, who might be tonight’s starting pitcher.

2. Key players: My key players for the Brewers here are Jackson Chourio (one of the best hitters for Brewers), David Hamilton (with that 391-footer yesterday, that’s what I want to see in the World Series), and Cooper Pratt (396-footer yesterday, also what I want to see this World Series), and for the Rays, Aranda, Caminero, DeLuca.

3. Game 5 Starting Lineups and Pitcher:

Brewers: 1. Chourio, 2. Bauers, 3. Yelich, 4. Contreras, 5. Turang, 6. Frelick, 7. Pratt, 8. Mitchell, 9. Hamilton, SP: Misiorowski

Rays: 1. Díaz, 2. Aranda, 3. Caminero, 4. Hicks, 5. DeLuca, 6. Simpson, 7. Williamson, 8. Vilade, 9. Walls, SP: Rasmussen
